what class and sanctioning body do you race

After reading the new IHRA rule book I decided I'm confused as to what class shoot for. (sure ain't like the old days )
OK since we have some dedicated racers I thought it would be interesting to find out what class they run in and what sanctioning bodies and 1/4 or 1/8th

I race New England Dragway,Epping New Hampshire,a whole ten minute drive to get there.  :thumbs: IHRA 1/4 mile track,used to NHRA but they switched and now have an IHRA National event.I run my `72 Barracuda in the street class on Wednesday and Friday nights and when the `69 Barracuda is ready I plan to run street or Modified class (or both) on Sundays.I`ve won the street night shootout twice with the `72 - once with an auto and once with the four speed and runner up on Mopar day in the street tire class.

I race at Lebanon Valley in NY.It is a NHRA track.  I run on Wed. nights in the Pure Street class.  Last year was a disaster with building a new motor and tuning on it as we raced each week. Motor was not done until mid July, raced my daughter's Neon till then. Finally got it run 11.98 at the end of the year. Hoping for bigger things this year since they dropped the rollbar rule to 11.49 like IHRA
