Kenny,

I have it on the car and it works a treat, but Matty needs one in right hook!!  It is just weird using it from the right seat!  He needs to change his 71 Tbar to a '70 to fit this!  I found them on ebay that fit straight on to the 71 - 74 T shift!

I reckon he should wait for yours in right hook!!

Maury!   :aussie:  cheers

Hi Maury,

I totally agree with you buddy.  :2thumbs: Does Matty have a proper right hand drive console in his car too ?
I have one here that Trever Edgar makes in right hand drive. :grinyes:

UPDATE: I got a call from the new lazer cutting company today, they are very friendly people and very professional. Anyway, i got a quote from them today and it is a little higher than i wanted to pay and obviously more than the other guy was charging with his quote. So i gave them the go ahead to show me a sample, i asked what the expected time would be, they said give them a week to do the new CAD drawings up, and they would do a first cut out of MDF wood to check size and shape against. If i am happy with what they show me, then i give them the green light for the go ahead. It is reassuring doing dealings with a company i can simply drive to if their is any other problems at all. They do a lot of different items like plastic and glass, so my job should be a walk in the park for them.
I will have another update next week by the sounds :jumping:

Thank You,
Kenny

UPDATE: :woohoo:
I have got samples back already from the laser cutting company. And i am happy with what i am seeing, i am heading down to finalize and start them on cutting the handles. They did a sample on MDF first, and they have met my expectations with dimensions.

Thank You,
Kenny

UPDATE: I went and had a look at the sample, and it overlays the shifter handle exactly the same as mine, they nailed it. So i have put an order in for 50 of each style of shifter handle, they told me they will have them cut out by mid next week. This is awesome, and i should have done this sooner. We live and learn, i was just trying to help the first guy cutting them was all i guess.
They showed me how small of a line they can cut and it was impressive, just the initial first blast is what cuts a larger hole, the thicker the plate, the harder it is to cut small holes.
I will post pictures of the handles when they are home :clapping:
