Finally got the road lamps working. For some reason when the car had it's lamps removed (don't know why) they disconnected the hookup nearest the switch. I just had to contort to get up in there and plug it back in and whammo!

 :jumping:

Even got the map light working again! Oh happy days!

Wow I didn't realize how painful it was to remove the old woodgrain sticker from the console top plate.

It actually looks good plain but I'll probably end up ordering another sticker from DMT.

Well after a longer wait than expected the Cuda is finally coming home.

Should have some pics up later tonite and the before and after pics should tell the whole story.

On mine, I used a steam cleaner.  The water and heat took it right off.  I was surprised how easy it was.  I was expecting it to be a nightmare.

Without further delay here are some pix I shot today.

I was delayed a bit as I had to clean the entire car including the engine bay cause body shop folks are not the cleanest bunch!

I hated that black stripe down the hood and I'm glad it's gone.

Awesome looking Cuda!!  I agree with you on the hood stripe, not sure with the PO was thinking.  I love how the back hockey stick stripe just POPS off the yellow.  Congrats!!

Thanks guys. Next up the hood emblems and the rear Cuda emblem.

New woodgrain onthe console plate and new shifter handles as well, then onto the dash!
