Thanks guys, just looking to make some time to swap out the front drums to discs.

I can tell you that I recently spent 12 bucks for endlinks and WOW what a difference. I quickly looked at the old ones and knew they needed replacing but after I got the undercarriage steam blasted I found out that the joker who put them on did some funky stuff.

One side he used what looked like the correct setup but he neglected to put the top bushing on. The other side he made a hodgepodge setup with the spacer being too short and to make up for it he used huge bushings.

I did this Bryan and it was much easier than I expected. Especially with the tool from Harbor Freight.

Here is their link.

Thanks Tom - looks to be easier than a pickle fork which I probably will ram right into the front quarters when it breaks.

Brad - that looks cool but this is a fairly stock setup and now tracks great with the new ones in. I will keep it in mind for an upgrade on my other one though!!!

Well I finally got the fronts changed over to disc from drum and now I have full confidence to rip around. Cass puts together a good kit and it's very easy and straightforward to put together.

She stops really nicely and I even saved all the drum components if someone in the future wants to put it back to stock.

You won't regret it!

It's so nice to get on it, get sideways and then know you have brakes you can really use.

Power drums are ok but with newer cars and ABS the likelyhood is that you will not stop before them.

I used a kit from Dr. Diff.

Cass is very helpful and the kit I got actually had some upgrades that I didn't expect.

So it was a good surprise!!!
