This plate holds the axle on and bolts to the wheel studs.
I need to replace it but have no clue what It's called.

Also, where can I find one?

I know it as "axle bearing retainer plate"

And no it doesn't bolt to the wheel studs. There are special studs in the axle housing that it attaches to.

Have you tried e-bay. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

Do you need the one like you have pictured or the one with the adjuster. I'm pretty sure I've got them both, just need to find them.
