    It's officially........official.....UPDATE

    I've been talking about it for a while, but now it's official, we close on our new house in omaha (papillion) on dec 19th!  Fortunately it is a company move so we get pro movers and everything, I'll just have to transport the firearms and tow my chally.  Don't have a trailer so I'm gonna have to rent a uhaul trailer.  Anyway, we are really excited, our new place it right by walnut creek lake and I've met a lot of mopar guys in the Area from another all mopar forum (heartlandmopars.com).  Most of all, looking forward to living someplace with lots of classic car events!  Anywau, just wanted to share, u guys are awesome

    Congratulations.

    If you can, move in the middle of the month and the middle of a week, if you want to go with U-Haul. If you can't, go with Ryder; there's a much better chance that the equipment will be there when you go to pick it up.

    Thanks guys!  And Dutch, this will be my first 3 car house !  Here's a few pics I was able to pull from the ad before it was removed, I'll take a bunch once we get there and I get all my mopar stuff in! Hahaha

    Well we got bad news today, we (and our realtor) we under the impression we we're buying the house from a single mom, turns out she a primary breadwinner in mid-divorce and her husband is being a major a-hole, and he is refusing to sign any paperwork until after Xmas.  Well we were supposed to be closing on Thursday, and we closed on our old house yesterday, so we are officially homeless til this dick decides to sign.  So me, my wife, and our two boys will be doing Christmas in a hotel, I really hate people sometimes, some guy has to ruin an entire family's holiday just cuz he feels like he needs to be a dick to his wife.  We don't have any family here so looks like this hotel room I'm in will be home for the next 2 weeks.....lame.  Sorry guys, just needed to vent a little

    That is to bad you got stuck in the middle of their drama . . . The agent on the other side of the deal should of come clean on those details IMO.   Also typically the seller disclosure will state a reason why they are selling . . .

    Did the husband sign the offer itself?    :clueless:
