Guys I have TTI headers and a 2.5" MF, X pipe system, bought as a kit to suit 71-72 cuda, its fitted to my 73 Cuda. No issues with factory sway bar, plenty of clerance. I did have to massage the pipes from the diff back so as I could fitt a pair of MF 6x6 race mufflers but no big deal really. I'm very happy with the outcome

I've got 3 inch on mine with the factory bar. These are actually B-body tailpipes I had laying around that I shortened up for the Challenger. It's all tight but there's no rubbing.

Thanks for all the replies, I can sleep at night now. Much appreciated. However, it still begs the question, why would TTi say they don't work together. Not that it really matters anymore, I'm comfortable believing I can have that exhaust system and the rear sway bar.

TTI had a few complaints in the past that the pipes contacted the sway bar,so they just made a blanket statement that they won't fit...

I think MagnaFlow say the same thing, kind of a get out of jail clause to limit returns etc.

I had a TTI 3" system on my Challenger and I don't remember ANY issues with hitting the rear sway bar. I'm going to order a kit for my Cuda and it has the sway bar as well.
