i've done 140mph many times in my 2003 Crown Vic. Police Interceptor. Chasing after mopars and if your lucky i  might like you car and give you a warning.

When I was a kid about 15 I had a 69 Charger Hemi 4 speed we built.  There is a long piece of road in Texas where I liked to test cars, see what they would do, it did more than 150, the p zone and floated a little.  Afew years later the Challenger with 440 did the same but floated more because the front end was worn out.  It all went ok and we know I don't use seat belts, especially when I was young and dumb!  But both speedometers did this, picture below, I wonder why?

MAN DUDE you had that ZX-10 dialed in! Do you have a MUZZY big bore kit in it? I have been 165 on my Muzzy fortified 1993 ZX-11 C4 165 Horspower 445 lbs. Much more to go but no road to run it!H ave you driven the new ZX-13? I havent rode my bike in a few years thinking about selling it. I am also almost fifty so the "kids" get freaked out when I take my helmet off!

I dont now what in that engine, the bike belongs a friend of my, once he run away from a cop helichopper, when they stop him (yes they set up a roadblock) they tell him that the bike must runs about 350 kph ~215 mph

155 mph on the 55 bypass in my 1985 Corvette, going to Wildwood, New Jersey. Once I got up around 110 I flipped the overdrive switch on the console and it was at 155 in no time. That road is a great practically straight road and 1:30 in the morning there was nothing on the road whatsoever. The girlfriend was threatening to get out and I told her to go for it.

buried the speedo needle on a 150 dial in a 72 cuda.... upon remembering that.....a realization that it was not a good idea at all. even more so with that stock suspension.

The absolute validated fastest I drove was at the Richard Petty Driving experience, 143 mph.  But I really wanted to go faster.  You really don't feel the speed in those cars on the big oval at Texas Motor Speedway.   It was kinda frustrating because the pace car in front of me wouldn't let me go faster. 

Other than that, it was 132 mph in my 73 Charger SE 318 car and 136 imph n my 70 Firebird 350 at 16 and 17 years old respectively.  I actually believe I hit the 140s in my 73 Challenger 340 in 1990, but with the 120 speedo, I couldn't be sure, but when it was pegged, which put it about 130, I still had a little throttle left. 

I don't know what I actually got to, but I was screaming down Hwy 70 between Kinston and New Bern, North Carolina which is straight as an arrow divided hwy with few side roads and lined with tall trees down both sides, about as safe a spot as you can find....unless you leave the road.

The lord loves 2.76 gears and a classic mopar (they bring you closer to God so much sooner
