Rallye woodgrain bezel, which one to buy? From 444$ to 185$ !!??
« on: December 05, 2013 - 07:01:33 PM »
Hi guys, looking to replace my woodgrain inlay and don't want the vynil sticker.
Prices vary from 444$ at year one:
https://www.yearone.com/Catalog/1966.74.a.b.e.body/interior/bezels-.-dash-.-reproduction
to 250$ at performance graphics:
http://www.performancecargraphics.com/Dash_Stuff/Woodgrain/E-body_Rallye_Wood_Plates.htm
to 185$ at PG classics:
http://www.pgclassic.com/advanced_search_result.php?inc_subcat=1&keywords=%20&categories_id=56&manufacturers_id=4&azrefine=1

Anybody got the PG classics one?

Thanks
JS

I've bought several of both.

If you want 99% dead nuts perfect...go for the one from PERFORMANCE CAR GRAPHICS.. :worshippy

If you really don't care about perfection and you'd rather save a few bucks...go for PG Classics...it's a nice piece but the colouring is way off. :2cents:

I tried the PG Classic and was not satisfied.  They are "okay", but in the end I ended up with the PCG pieces.  They are superior in quality and come mounted on new steel backing plates; ready to be installed.  PCG is the way to go IMO.
1970 Challenger Convertible (JH27N0B); Resto-Mod; 605 HP, 412cid Small Block; Holley 750CFM Carburetor; A-833 23-spline 4-SPD; A-body 8.75 rear-end w/3.55 gears; 3" mini-tub; leaf spring relocation kit with split-leaf mono and Caltracs; American Racing AR500 Wheels, Rears = 15x10 (5.5" BS) with 315/60-15 BFG Comp T/A Drag Radials; Fronts = 15x7 (3.5" BS) with 215/70-15 BFG Radial T/A Radials.
