Best aftermarket wiring harness?

I am looking at replacing the brittle wiring harness on my '70 'Cuda with a new aftermarket one.
What is the best one to get and from where?

M&H is the best.  It's only sold by Year One.  Wait until Year One is having a 30% sale and buy them then.  With any brand harness, make sure you put the old one up next to the new one...compare the wire colors and connectors.  Make sure all connections are tight.  When installing, make sure to use dielectric grease on all the contacts.

I replaced all my harnesses from the firewall bulkhead connector with "Evans wiring" ones. Just plug and play and still have the factory look. He'll even do up a modified one if you have an ECU mounted somewhere different.

I also used Evans wiring kit, ordered through Roseville, perfect fit

M&H wiring is now available from Classic Industries as well. Their contract with Year One must have changed.

I wanted to make harnesses, but apparently M&H bought the connector molds from Packard Delphi.

When you say aftermarket do you mean original replacement  or aftermarket like Painless wiring , ISIS multiplex . ect ect ?

All of my harnesses are being replaced with M & H from YO they look great. Theonly harness that is not being replaced is My dash harness which is being restored by Jim from JSRestoration.  http://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Number=6065409

I had one customer with a 1971 Charger supply "restored" wire harnesses  for his car that I was restoring.
I DO NOT KNOW WHO RESTORED THEM.
Once he got them back, they looked great.
I told him up front that I would not be responsible for anything electrical on the car do to the fact that he did not take my advice to repace all harnesses with new ones. You can clean the outside of the wires and the possible connections, but you can't restore the 40 year old copper wires.

The car left here with dozens of different electrical gremlins....A year later the owner is still fighting them...This company had crossed wires, etc...a real nightmare.

I hope the company you delt with is not the same one.

For my 70 AAR, I think I'll just put in a new 71 M&H dash harness and live with it.
