I'd get the oil pump going with an attachment and variable speed drill, get pressure up, then
rotate the engine about 30 degrees by hand, and bring pressure up again, until work it through all
360 degrees. I'd also have a low viscosity synthetic in there.
also, squirt a little oil into the spark plug holes before starting. Some folks recommend Marvel Mystery Oil.
Put some in the cylinders before rotating the crank, so it will spread onto the cylinder walls. Also, crank easier
to rotate without plugs installed.
