Both cars are two completely two different driving experiences. The reactions from others are very cool and seems the guys are more responsive to the cuda....I think the Hugh steam rollers on the back...the loud 3 inch exhaust at idle...plus the hemi billboards and shaker seem to identify to folks with all the hemi hype in today's market.
The charger seems to be a lady magnet....I get women and soccer moms who stick their thumbs up out of minivans and large SUV's all the time when I take her out. I would say the hemi still grabs the most attention on the street...but the charger is not far behind.
Personal preference.....I really enjoy both cars....charger is much more relaxing to drive....smoother idle and better cruising vehicle...which is nice on longer drives. The cuda is always begging to be opened up...and it takes more patience and reserved behavior to keep the car at legal limits when cruising around town....every car that pulls up wants you to open it up...break the tires loose...ect.ect. so having mental stability and respect for others on the road requires driving at certain times of the day and weekends...early Sunday mornings if you want to stretch the car out in a safer road environment.
I enjoy both....the charger sees more miles per year then cuda......I would say I enjoy the cuda more....but that's when I need to go release some stress from a hard day of work.
As from my earlier reply....I'm really passionate about the vehicles.....some say there just cars....but I look at these as true American art machines...and I've loved them since I was a little kid....seems like in today's market...everyone wants a musclecar...and a mopar to boot. Mainly because of the media and great investments that these cars have become. I can honestly say I never have been in it for the money....just the passion to own some cool machines from an era that can never be forgotten.
By the way...your Challenger is awesome.....I'd love to have one like that...and so would everyone else...... :beer:

Thanks also for the great response, good reading thats for sure. I guess there both head turners no matter what and both deserve the up most attention when cruising the highways and biways. My next car if I get the cnahce will be a 68 Charger R/T black, just like yours.
Theres just sopmething about a black Charger (68) that screams BAD!!
You must feel like the ultimate bad guy driving that, I would.
Speaking of Challengers, any thoughts on maybe adding a Black (Triple) 1970 Challenger R/T to the line up?
If you got a 1970 Challenger R/T in black you would be my hero! LMAO!!!! Not many people can say they have what you have and it's always good to see someone who enjoys them and respects other road users at the same time unlike these modern punks who do 0-60mph in two minutes down main street in the Hondas. :gripe:
Anyhow good to see your still around we look forward to seeing photos as you get them and also maybe news of a Challenger....perhaps?
