I decided to improve on the support stand for the dash frame to make it more simple, easily transportable and sturdy.  2x3s are secured to the particleboard from the bottom with wood screws.  No clamps needed to secure the support stand to the saw-horses.  Slightly taller angle braces to get more height for greater degree of rotation, and for easier accessibility when painting and assembly.
1970 Challenger Convertible (JH27N0B); Resto-Mod; 605 HP, 412cid Small Block; Holley 750CFM Carburetor; A-833 23-spline 4-SPD; A-body 8.75 rear-end w/3.55 gears; 3" mini-tub; leaf spring relocation kit with split-leaf mono and Caltracs; American Racing AR500 Wheels, Rears = 15x10 (5.5" BS) with 315/60-15 BFG Comp T/A Drag Radials; Fronts = 15x7 (3.5" BS) with 215/70-15 BFG Radial T/A Radials.

After you paint the frame, every spot where a screw goes, must have the paint scrapped away.

There is ground on the electrical that must be improved.
In fact, put conductive electrical grease on each of the screws prior to installing.

I'm having a few ground issues on my re build dash. Learn from my lesson.

Yup.  I've been concerned about that.  Dash is still on the stand.  Need to figure out how to ensure good ground to everything that requires ground from the dash frame.
