Just installed in our 70 Challenger 440 six pack.  Replaced Firm Feel.  Like the feel very much. However have not aligned front end for more caster as recommended by Borgeson, so am expecting to like even more once this is done. Check with Bergman Auto Craft out of New York for steering shaft connector that does not require shortening of stock shaft as does the stock Borgeson adapter set up. Mopar Action mag did a write up several months back.

Also running 2 inch TTI headers and all clears ok,,,albeit a bit tight at steering adapter and also the head of one of the steering box bolts,,,,not one of the mounting bolts,,,but the box itself.  Likely 1/4 to 3/16th's at both areas.

I have a couple of old Vettes so spend a bit of time on Vette forums. Do a Google on a Borgeson steering/Corvette Forums. You will find a wealth of commentary on a Borgeson and their favorable reviews. I've also bought one for our 71 Vette, not yet installed however.

I installed mine last spring and love it. Have around a thousand miles on it without any issues (would be more but I had a busy last year). It is much tighter and responsive compared to the old box, just has an all together better and more modern feel. I would do it again in a heartbeat... I will try to get some pictures, but basically it looks like a factory style box, but smaller.

Here is a post about it on a B body.  It also has a link to the article mentioned:

Anyone running fast ratio Pitman and Idler arms with the Borgeson steering box?
Would they work together or should I do one or the other but not both? Would it be too touchy?  :dunno:
My other option would be the Firm Feel stage III with the fast ratio arms which is what I was thinking originally until I started reading about the Borgeson...
I like that FF is here in Washington and I could drive there with my core and be back home with a fresh box and install it the same day.
Any Thoughts?  :dunno:  :clueless:
Thanks,
Randy

I'm curious to try it with the fast ratio arms. From what I've read it will give you between 10-11:1 ratio which would be good for autocross, not so sure about regular street driving? :dunno:
Here is another post to get some feedback?
