Hey guys, re push rod length - using a push rod length finder tool and following the instructions from Harland sharp, eg. No more than 2 threads and now less than 0 threads showing, adding the compressed head gasket thickness I'm getting at push rod length of 9.664...end to end, will have to account for the cup depth at time of order. Note I set the rocker adjustment just over 0 threads showing knowing that I'll need to account for preload of one turn which roughly equates to a thread thickness.
So I think I need to look for ball to cup, 5/16, non oiler, 9.650 length (again accounting for cup depth).
I'm only posting this because it seems so long compared to stock and what I see widely available pre made. I guess it's because of the trickflow head shaft position and rocker combo?
