    Hey brad, thanks for the kind words!  Sounds like you're almost there on your build, congrats and looking forward to seeing it.

    Answers to your questions -

    1- no, my dyno appointment was cancelled by the shop (frustrating memory) and I didn't want to wait for the next one so I went ahead and put it in the car and fired it up.  Given the components of the engine and what I picked up from builders, I just estimate it out at around 600hp at the crank.

    2-
    Front rim - 15x7
    Rear rim - 15x8

    Front tire - 245 50
    Rear tire - 275 60

    3- yes, it's TTI exhaust including headers with 2" primaries back to 3" inch exhaust, X, and out to TTI stainless tips.  Love it

    I too am at the tire stage considering a similar size.  If you don't mind, I don't know if it is a standard metric on rally wheels so what is the backspacing you used? I'm thinking of using  BF Goodrich 255/60/15 on 8 inch rim with 4.5 backspacing on the rear and the front 235/60/15 on 7 inch with 4.25 back spacing.

    Well for those that have been following my thread from the beginning, amazingly my car just sold and picked up today.  I had no plans to sell but a couple saw my car at a show and had to have it.  It was an offer I couldn't refuse. I'm excited for the next project, looking for a 68 charger to build.

    Yes you do enjoy building these cars . And that's fantastic. Because with out  people like you the hobby  would not be  as big as it is . There is an art to your work  . And just opens up the eyes of  muscle car lovers , in just how much  replacement panel work can go in to  a restoration or  a build .  Great job and awesome photos cheers  :aussie:

    I went through your thread.  That project is moving along quickly.  My brother has one of those chargers but is currently a heap of rust in the backyard.  Thanks for putting up the detailed pictures.  I took away some great ideas.

    Just read your Charger thread, very nice work. I am trying to get my 73 Cuda restomod done and have a 70 Roadrunner sitting in my other shop waiting its turn so your situation feels familiar (except I will retain my 73). For me, the 70 RR, Charger or GTX was/is at the top of my B body desires. I absolutely love the overall style, tall pistol grip shifters, air grabber (RR and GTX) and wood grain dashes (GTX and Charger). My RR will be a bit of a restomod as it is pretty modified already complete with a tilt front end...  :bigsmile: Sounds bad but is actually well engineered. I am going to put a 66 426, a 4 speed (or maybe a Tremec if I can afford it) and a Dana in it.
