Kind of...we have the vinyl top, front and rear glass, trim and weatherstripping to do before Carlisle.  We've driven her up and down the street, but that's about it.  I can't wait to really drive her!

Rev, you've got to remember there is always something bigger and badder out there. So you got to be careful, especially if you like your license. Plus it's more fun to look good and watch all the stares that you get as you cruise by nice and slow.

Oh, trust me...I'm the granny driver...It's Redline, who will be most tempted.  But should the time arise that some little bee buzzer wants to try his luck...I'll have to oblige.

I like your philosophy "speak softly and carry that very big stick." :spank:

I've decided guy's don't want to loose to girls!! lol I was cruising one night in down town Modesto where American Grafitti was filmed! my boyfriend pointed out the "baddest car on the strip!!" (a 68 road runner I believe it was!) He beat everyone he lined!! I got a red light with him and I thought Oh boy my turn!! I had just got my almost stock 73 340 painted so the hood emblems were not on yet so he had NO idea what I was running!! So that chicken made a right turn at the light so he didn't have to race me I was new in town and he didn't know what I could do and omg I was female and he didn't want to loose!! I know he turned on purpose because he went down 1 block and then came back to the strip!! I was Mad!!! I wanted to Race!! I thought it would be fun!! but apparently his ego wouldn't allow it. couldn't chance being beaten by omg a GIRL!!!

My opinion is I hate loosing. I love seeing girls who know how to run so loosing to them in a strange way makes me happy.
However girls tend to rub it in more when they win.

I am pre registered, but not bringing this car. Would have loved to have the Challenger ready by then, but starting to doubt it . :dontknow: May only be able to go for one day, but will see what happens.

Happened to me once...well kinda. I was driving my D/D 87 Mustang (ran a 12.8 w/drag radials...my daily driver)....so im sitting at a light and this hoopty CRX pulls up and revs...i just laugh. we both see the other light turn yellow...so we're next, he revs (like stagin almost) so do i. Light changes and i rip on him like 3 car lenths and i MISS SECOND! By the time i got it into gear he was catching up and i still owned him....fell like a retard tho....never missed a shift again
