I've always believe that myself, that a vinyl top was a "must order" when louvers were ordered....but then I'm learning that a "grey area"...Some people say it's a "must be V1X black...IF....a vinyl top is ordered with louvers"  others say "that was only on Cudas, Challenger could get louvers with or without vinyl tops... :dunno:

I don't know....My AAR has louvers with a black top...I heard there wasn't many ordered that way :dunno:

For me louvers just improve that 70s look. I had em on a white Chrysler Lancer 76 model when I was 19. With Jelly Bean mags. Hardly a muscle car I know but it was cool in my book (rally was big in Australia).  They were a Mitsubishi product. Hey, 2nd hand student mobile. Perfect...

thanks for all the info and yes I appreciate all the Photos too. Some sweet color combos.

I have found a gem of a TA

Its a documented Mr Norms Plum crazy 4 speed car with black interior. Its been sitting for many years in this guys garage all in pieces. It a 50k mile original car with matching motor and trans. Very minimal rust, Even has the original spoiler with the Mr norms emblem on it. It needs a full restoration and it would be a fantastic car to see back on the road again.

Obviously condition is important but what would you guys think its worth? .  I offered 18500 last time and Im headed for the low 20's this year? It is property tax time and you never know until you ask..

$23K.  Because that's what I would pay for it.    :2cents:  okay, maybe $24K because it's a purple T/A 4 speed!
