Question on painting interior?

Hi all,
It's time to freshen up my interior some - like kick panels, window / pillar trim, etc. My interior is all black, and in reading through a lot of the interior threads, the consensus seems to be that using the spray SEM Landau black Color Coat is the way to go.
Question is, I was looking around for a decent price on this, and out of all I've seen, only one page mentioned that the finish is flat? (link for it at Summit -> http://www.summitracing.com/parts/smm-15013/overview/  ) . Am I looking at the wrong thing, or is the landau pretty much flat, do you use a SEM satin clear or something afterwards, or leave it as is?
Also, would this be the same paint if I wanted to do the rear seat too? How about seat belts (the belt itself)?

I can give you 100% guarantee that SEM 15013 is NOT FLAT...I use it all the time and it comes out perfect without any clear coats and yes you can use it for all your interior needs.

I agree with anlauto.     I just painted all my interior parts with the SEM Landau Black and are the parts look like new.  No clear needed.
Can''t give you an answer about the seat belts themselves.  I curious to see what others say about them as I need to do mine also.

For the seat belts, if anyone has any ideas, just let me know - for now, I think I'm going to give them a good wash - maybe with some ivory/dawn or something. A lot of what is on the belts is primer dust from long ago (same w/ the rear seat).

Also, do you'll use the adhesion promoter? Would it be the 77723 promoter like this? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/smm-77723/overview/

Yes using the adhesion promoter will help to keep the paint from flaking off. And use RIT dye for the seat belts. Make sure
you rinse in cold water to set the dye so it won't bleed.

Thanks cudamaan, if I were to use the RIT dye, is it just a solution that you dip into, or brush it on? Also, if I wanted to preserve the chrysler tags on them (not dye them black), what do you think would be the best way (short of unsewing, etc...)?

Put your belts into an old pillow case and throw them in the washing machine.  Depending on how soiled they are, you might need to run them through a second time.

SEM interior paints can be used on the belts.  You are supposed to be able to use it on carpet but I've never tried it.  If you try the paint, you'd be able to mask off the labels.

Not that I'm much help here, but I did use SEM Landau black on the carpeting of my S/E door panels that had faded. They turned out great, but this isn't carpeting that you place your feet on. Still, I think it would work on the floors.
