    Saw this on another forum I frequent. Between the feedback on that forum, on this one, and my personal experience with Keisler - I am not surprised.

    I just placed a $5000 order with them on Wednesday 01/14/14....They forgot to mention they were going out of business when I was talking to them on the phone  :dunno:

    IMHO I would be getting that credit card charge reversed ASAP unless they have already shipped

    Chapter 7 bankruptcy is usually dissolving/liquidating the business, unlike Chapter 11 which is to restructure, but continue in operation

    I just contacted VISA...there's been no charges to my card as of yet.... :popcorn:

    Tried calling Keisler....no answer... :clueless:

    I wouldn't lose my deposit. They just wouldn't like how I got my deposit back.  :naughty:

    I wonder if they hid or transferred ownership of the XP charger they restored on chop cut rebuild?

    That was a pretty large list of creditors!  Ouch!   :eek4:  Glad my name is not on that and I hope no one here is but I'm sure someone here will be!
