Wanted: Hi-res AAR profile pic
« on: April 11, 2005 - 07:25:21 PM »
If someone knows of a hi-res AAR profile picture (straight-on would be great), I would be very appreciative.

It needs to be able stand up to Photoshop, most Web pics don't.

Thanks.

Go to Google and type in "AAR Cuda" or "70 Cuda"  ;)

True, but they're not very good quality when you really blow them up to do detailed work in Photoshop. Especially the strobe stripe at the rear of the car, it gets into pixel junk very quickly.

Step 1 ) Purchase AAR Cuda
       2 ) Take needed photos
3 ) When done with phots, please send AAR to me. Make it Lemon Twist, great color for AAR's, but I won't be picky.
4 ) Proceed then to take pics of me doing hard burnouts in my new AAR.
5 ) Wake me up when I'm done with this dream.

Sorry, I thought you wanted a front shot, This is a side shot.
Yes it is an original AAR.  Yes I know its missing the original exhaust, and the grill inserts.  I have them both but have not put them back on.  I do good to get it out and drive it a dozen times a year.

you can try these on too. I have them larger if you need; just don't try and sell my car on E-Bay because it's to much fun to drive

Here is a front on. It's a real AAR not a clone. MIA on original engine and transmission. Has a 340 just refreshed as I type & added a" little "more A$$ to it, 4-speed just did bearings and syncro's & seals, threw in a new clutch and goodies while it was apart, 3.91 rear with new axle and pinion seals, it also got a brake job and new polygraphite suspension bushings including rear leaf spring bushings. Believe it or not we started by just wanting to change the fluids and then decided it needed some TLC. The car came from Texas and it shows on the underside. The nice thing about these cars is the thumbs ups you get from people 6 to 70 years old.
All told I'll have put about $8000.00 in her this spring. But it sure beats talking to my stock broker about his opps factor in picking another dog!
