I'm sure one does exist, but it wasn't sold new as a "Halloween Special" ...
I'm sure it is a nickname moniker that got attached to the car at some point. There are some distinctive or unusual cars out there that have some kind of moniker attached to them. For instances, this black '70 HemiCuda with a white interior is popularly known as "the Penguin" http://www.carpictures.com/vehicle/07D8D440913418/Plymouth-Hemi-Cuda-Penguin-1970#
I've been restoring Mopars for 30+ years and never heard of a black/white Cuda being call a Penguin..... Judging by the first paragraph, "THE PENGUIN IS A FACTORY ORIGINAL CODE TX9 TUXEDO BLACK PAINT WITH CODE SRX9 LEATHER CUSTOM BUCKET SEAT INTERIOR. SUPERIOR QUALITY CONCOURS RESTORATION " the writer doesn't know much about it either...
There was never any Cuda officially made with those colours or names.Obiviously someone could have ordered that combo, but V02 71 Cudas are pretty rare.
Too bad you don't live closer, I have a thing for restoring 1971 Cudas and your American dollar goes a lot farther up here !
