I would love to see some pics of this car and the tags. I thought he was looking for a Cuda in one of the other posts but it sounds like he is looking for information about other cars optioned like it? Just seems weird with the short responses. Either way it would be cool to see the details on the car.

I'm sure one does exist, but it wasn't sold new as a "Halloween Special" :grinno:...

You guys need to read and comprehend the posts. Nobody said they didn`t make one in those colors just that there was no official "Halloween Cuda".  ::)

There was never any Cuda officially made with those colours or names.
Obiviously someone could have ordered that combo, but V02 71 Cudas are pretty rare. :2cents:

Lucky, you've misunderstood what I said...

Yes, anyone could have, and obiviously did order a car with your unique colour combo. V02 in any colour is rare on 71 Cudas.

What I said, or at least meant, is that it was never a special optioned Cuda package offered by Chrysler having anything to do with Halloween.

They are certain special groups of Mopars manufactured like the ST Louis Blues Cudas, Bengal Chargers, Indy Pace convertibles etc....but NEVER a group of orange/black 71 Cudas offered.

Your's is truely one of a kind.
I've taught you everything you know.....but I haven't taught you everything I know !

orange really works on the cuda.  don't really like it on any other car, even the challenger for some reason, but on a cuda it just works.

I agree with you 69 on some colours working on some cars. I like black Challengers, love black Chargers but for some odd reason don't care so much for black Cudas. Oh wait, maybe it's just me that's odd :grinyes:

What's really "funny" is how some people are quick to ridicule the descriptions given by others when they are guilty of the same thing.  So what is worse?  Having a harmless nickname for a vehicle or saying that scruffy body work represents "OE type standards"?  If you can get past the incorrect & manipulated paint job in the picture below, you will notice the damaged metal (large rust pits) that was ignored and painted over during the modification of the vehicle.  I'm quite sure that Chrysler never manufactured a car with rust pits in the floor pans when they were new.   With the "nicknames" that have been mentioned here, I thought this vehicle might have been called the April Fools Challenger.

Again I don`t see where anyone is RIDICULING  his desciption? Of course you are just jumping at the chance to put down Alan again I guess, geez I need a break from this place i guess!  :drama:

I think a common name now is  "money pit" for these cars.
