headliner question
« on: February 13, 2014 - 09:16:08 PM »
first, I saw something saying that some don't fit well, which ones fit like they are supposed to? Second, what color am I supposed to order for a burnt orange interior? Is it brown?

Alan,

yearone uses legendary, right? They don't have BO listed, only brown...I may have to order somewhere else...which stinks since they are offering 30% off right now...

I just tried a little research myself...Dante's, Legendary's number one seller doesn't list Burnt Orange either....I'm not sure if YearOne supplies Legendary's or not.....

I just spent too much time on Legendary's own site (what a mess) and all I could find is that they don't have any headliners for Challengers...in any colour... :screwy:

I think it's worth a phone call....I did a GTX and had no problem getting a burnt orange headliner.... :dunno:

Is this for a Challenger or for an SE Challenger ? They are different, and you will have problems getting Burnt Orange headliner material from Legendary, their supplier is currently out of stock.

Just a challenger Ken. Is legendary the only good supplier for these?

Legendary would be the first pick for a standard Challenger head liner in Burnt Orange :2thumbs:

Are you sure Legendary is out of it?
I just bought some from them for the sunroof install.
Now I didn't buy a full headliner but they had a piece for the slider panel they were able to sell me.

No Dave  I was saying that Legendary DO have the Burnt Orange head liner for a standard Challenger roof lining, they just do NOT have the foam backed velvet style Hard roof liner material in Burnt Orange used in SE Challengers. They do not stock that material at all in fact, they have a supplier who they buy it from, they can get some of the colours in the foam backed velvet roof liner, i got samples of Tan, Black and Blue from them, i did not check if they had the Red or Green, but i did ask for Burnt Orange and it is not available for now.

That's another thing eh?...We're so used to on-line shopping that we barely ever pick up the phone anymore....I'm always to quick to assume a company doesn't have something 'cause I can't find it on their web site....then I find out later that they did in fact have what I needed :pullinghair:
