Yes, it is sad...  That's why I'm rescuing the one in a barn near me. ;D   I hate to see any good car rust away like that.

Wow Ryan, that's a ton of cars!!!  I really like photo 194 on the first page!!!  That '70 Challenger sitting alongside the flat bed truck and the Barracuda.  You'll definitely have to show me some of those sometime.  I just remembered we have a '70 R/T SE 440 sitting out near my place. (northeastern WI)  I am determined to check out the car sometime this summer to see just how bad it is.  It was a nice car when the owner parked it, but that was back when I was in third grade. (now a Freshmen in college) :newsad:

Wow. Now that is one depressing set of photo albums.

However, I would like to find out where those 440-6 and 383 71 'Cuda's that are "not for sale are". I might be out in the Chicago area sometime soon to look at colleges, and I would like to see these cars. If you can PM me the locations, I would greatly appreciate it. Besides, I would like to try and pick up a nice father-son project for my dad and I.

The blue 440-6 is a friend of mines and he is waiting to restore it.  The other cars around it are his and he is slowly selling them so he can eventually get to the Blue Cuda.  The black one is a long story, and is not for sale for any price.  I have come to the man with a wad of cash to buy it, and he still wants to restore it some day... that was almost 3 years ago.  The grey 71 Gran Coupe Cuda in Album three, in the middle on the trailer was parted out last year.  After being bought for $200.00.  Cat was no included.

A lot of cars and parts worth saving.Finding one old car worth anything in a junk yard around here is a rarity.

That would not be cool.  I don't think these car predators take the time to look into these message boards.  They usually just try a Google search to see if they can find a website.

That 70 Road Runner is a rare 383 4-speed with an air grabber, burnt orange car.  Very nice, I almost bought it, the guy wanted 7000 last year for it, but needs a lot of work.

Are those all pics you've taken personally?

If so, you really get around! :eekbig:

Yes, I took every single one of those personally.  99% of them were taken with my little sony 3.2 mp digital camera that recently died on me.  Now I am looking into new cameras for new junkyards.
