Burdar is correct. The 1 in the right of the picture is 3/8" NPT to 5/8" hose. (You could use a 5/8npt to 1/2npt bushing with this 1). The middle 1 is 1/2" NPT to 5/8" hose. The 1 on the left is 1/2" NPT to 3/4" hose. All are readily available from most local parts stores, and maybe a local car dealership. Also can be found in brass from hardware stores, big box home stores, and maybe even a plumbing shop. Should not be hard to find.
