Any idea what the purpose of this large round hole is in the rear seat side panels on a '70 'Cuda? At first I thought it was to mount the outboard rear seat belts, but when I installed the belts today I realized that they mounted elsewhere.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle. FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.
