Help me find out what year Barracuda fender this is.

I found a fender in my shed when cleaning and was going to take it to the scrap place until I saw the Barracuda markings. Can anyone help me with the year and value of it? There is very little rust. The reddish color is paint.

Round hole for the sidelight is 68 only

It looks like a 68 Barracuda fender that was hit on the front. Originals are hard to find but price would depend on how much damage it had and how the repairs where done as it looks like they opened it up for repair and never finished it off. GLWS

Taking a close look at it....Sure doesn't look like steel to me....

Look at the thickness and lack of detail along the mounting edge, and the rough cut edge along the front mounting area, and what's going on beside the headlight ? Large cuts/cracks?
I could be way off here, but if it's not fiberglass then it looks like it has ten pounds of bondo
