E-BODY DRUM TO DISC BRAKE CONVERSION QUESTION
« on: March 08, 2014 - 12:41:05 PM »
Hi guys; Trying to get a little education on disc brake interchange here. Wanted to ask you brake guys a question. I want to swap drums over to disc on my 70 cuda. I have a spindle and caliper bracket here that has a part number on the caliper bracket of KH 83525 with casting date of 240 9. Does the "9" represent the year of casting? Is this a caliper bracket for a 1970 e-body set-up?

Also have 2 caliper brackets
KH 90425 casting date 262 3
KH 80425 casting date 317 3

Looking at a spindle and caliper bracket set with a KH 80034 part number on the caliper bracket. Can you ID that and is it interchangeable with 70 e-body?

What does the term interchange 610 mean?

Thanks,Dave
