ALL Body Board?
« on: April 14, 2005 - 02:16:47 PM »
First off, all respect to Ross/Admin for creating what he/They have.

This is there board and this is merely a floating thought, like a turd this floater can be flushed away.

What would you guys say to  Cuda-Challenger.com becoming an ALL body style MoPar board? As you all know the Charger board is down and a few of those guys have come here, good for them I say. We all have one thing in common, we all love Ma MoPar.  :patriot: ;) 8)

I myself would like to leave it as is but ANY style is more than welcome.

Have your say, stranger things have happened in the web site world.......

I like the open ability for people with any Mopar, any hot rod or even no car at all to mingle.

With that said, I like the board as Cuda/Challenger.
Just being honest.
Now if it changed, I'm not going any where either.

Leave it alone !!!! There is Moparts, and Moparstyle, and I'm sure a bunch more for the "all-inclusive". Personally I couldn't care less if a 62 Dart fender fit on an 86 Omni.  :stomp: :stomp: :stomp:

NZ, I respect your thoughts and always will, but I'd have to say just keep it to the original site's main theme: Cudas and Challengers.  I'm not against having members here who have all the different models Mopar made, but I think keeping this just an E-body (and early A body Barracudas ;)) board keeps it that much easier to maintain.  Like MEKrunner said, there's plenty other boards out there for Mopars in general.

I agree with MEK, there are more than enough ALL mopar boards, so I dont think there should be another. I welcome anyone that doesnt have an e-body, but to welcome the whole mopar world is a bit too much. It will be just like any other mopar board, where you ask a question and someone says "I dont have a challenger/cuda, but my dart has blah-blah" Keeping this board as an e-body only board, makes it easier to feel as a community. Furthermore, you would have to change the name of the website from cuda-challenger.com......to mostly-cuda-challenger-but-some-other-mopars.com  :grinyes:  :grinno:

I agree with MEK as well (can you believe that one??????).  I don't mind other Mopars hanging around here at all, but I would prefer to keep this site the way it is now (which includes A body barracudas as well).  I think if the doors were open to all Mopars it would make us just like all of the other generic Mopar sites out there.  Plus, I agree withthe name change comment killer mopar mentioned.

Then you are obligated to take his spots off of his house. :grinyes:

Keep C-C.C the way it is. It doesnt matter who posts about what, but this is Cuda-Challenger.Com first and foremost.

OK, MEK.  I will remove your dots.  Maybe even the pink paint.  I thnk I will just finish the week out before any renovations take place.

I came here because it was C/C specific and somewhat related to D-C.com. I'll stay even if D-C.com comes back because of the 'all Mopars are cool' attitude.

I think we should keep it the way it is.  I mean, you guys already accept people who don't even have a Mopar yet, and, even Chevy guys.  I see no need to change.

There are certain "General" questions that need to be answered on every board and most Mopar people like other Mopars. However, I say keep the main focus where it is. Moparts and Moparstyle are too big for most people to keep up with and I mostly use them for research - not as a community to hang out with. Smaller, more specific boards are better at bringing people together.

I know I'm a newbie here but IMO what you have here is one hot  :fire: site.  I'd leave it just how it is.  I'm just glad you welcomed my 69.   After all it is only a year away from being and E Body
