Loud Pilot Bushing Squeel

Is there any other failure that sounds like the famous pilot bushing squeal? I removed my 4 speed from my 70 440 Cuda for repair. Reinstalled it after repair and now have what sounds to be that loud pilot bushing squeal. It wasn't doing that before removal. I inspected the bushing when trans was out and it was in good shape with no abnormal wear patterns and I put a very light coating of grease on it for safe measure since I had access to it. Also didn't disturb the bell housing.
Since it wasn't doing that before I removed the trans don't know why it would be doing it now considering the pilot bushing is in good shape and I didn't disturb the bell housing to affect alignment. Did nothing more that remove and reinstall trans.
Any thoughts on other possible issues?

Well it is brass and shouldnt squeal with the clutch in since the shaft isnt turning. Or out at all. Maybe you think you did some damage to the throw out bearing, input shaft housing bearing or the throw out isnt hooked right in the pilot
