I have a ton of thoughts on this subject, but here are just a few I have.
Personally, if you are going to do a body change on a particular line of car, I think it needs to keep a few traits from the previous generation. Just like Corvettes have and to a pretty good degree, the Mustangs have also. But this new Charger is completely wrong, as is the GTO in my opinion. The GTO has the idea the original did to come out with a plain Jane car that has a punch and that is the only thing it shares. Supposedly, the GTO was a plain car for the times.
If DC wants to build new models, like the Viper, that is way cool with me. So far with it, they have kept the styling with the new generation. If they want to resurrect a name, they don't need to screw it up like they did that ugly behemoth of a car they slapped the Charger name on. That fact a lone scares the crap out of me, if they start telling us a new Cuda is coming. They will ruin it!
I have seen the new Charger in person. The thing is huge! It is almost on par with the new 300 in size. (I dig the 300 by the way)
