Wow that's far away from me, it's up in the very north end of Sweden, they have snow 340 days every year, I think.

Yes it's a Y07 car.
Is your car a louver car ? If so, any idea how many AAR's had louvers ?

Gosh Darnit!!  I was hoping mine was the only Y07 AAR with louvers.  Oh well 1 of 2 ain't bad.
I have no idea how many had the louvers.  I was hoping you knew.  I think your guess of 9 or 10 would be close.
Yes, my AAR is a factory louver car with the vinyl top and front/rear rubber bumpers.
Originally sold out of Port Hope, Ontario.
I have attached a picture of my fender tag for verification.

Does your licence plate read II MUCH ?
I have a picture of it from St Thomas Dragway Park 1987.
Always loved that car !

In my research I found a car similar to mine in Western Canada, not sure if it's an original CDN car, but it is a louver car.

Yes, that would be my car.  I still use those plates even thou it would be cheaper to switch over to the historical plates.
Were you ever at the Mopar event at Cayuga Raceway back around the same time period?  I think I may have met you once many years ago.
Time flies.  I'm sure you also know the dude I purchased the car from.  John Vanka.  He still shows up at Moparfest every so often.
I added a picture below from Sparta Dragway from around that time frame.
Anyways I hope your build of your AAR goes flawlessly.

Yes...I know John :grinyes:...small World !

I'm sure we've met back in the day....For me that was the "hey-day" for car shows, used to hit dozens every Summer.

If you go here and scroll to the bottom http://www.alangallantautomotiverestoration.com/PAST-RESTORATIONS.html  You'll see the Cudas I restored and use to show. :drunk: You might recognize some of them.
