It doesn`t bother me at all that you like your Ferd over a Dodge,it`s your choice so get whatever makes you happy.I get the feeling you just like to stir things up a bit?You don`t think women fight over things?I`ve seen women fight over much more trivial things than car brands.

I didn't mean to rock the boat, but I do like other Marques, because I have an appreciation for them. Working at an auto museum and talking w/ friends, car shows, and just a love for America has me liking almost anything but chebbies and rice rockets (oh, don't forget strudel wagons). Anyhoo, does anyone on this board build models? It's a cheaper way to own the cars you have always dreamed of, plus you can build and paint the whole thing! I'm working on a 1970 charger right now (yes, it's BROWN but it has a HEMI so relax, it's what's called a "sleeper")

I will flame you for complaining about "compulsory insurance"...  :nono:
Its about responsibility.  We want you to have insurance , so if your musclecar is involved in
a crash, you can afford to repair it and keep it on the road, not cut it up for parts, and repair yourself if you get hurt. :'(   :nopity:
Ok, enough said,  Welcome to the board.
PS- I owned a dark tan metallic [brown]  1970 Charger R/T  440 car in the past ! [1:1 SCALE tire rubber burning model]
Looked to me like a dangerous brownish shark  :)

Im also a 19 year old college student... I think we pretty much control the majority around here but lack the knowledge and experience of the "older and wiser generation" ... someday though.

You kind of sound bitter, are we gonna have a problem??  Do we have a therapist in our members list??  REV-IT-UP therapy??  Or “Find yourself with WSM”  I can here nights in white satin playing in the background already!!   :grinyes:    ;D   :grinno:

Hey, I'm willing to talk to anyone, at least once, lol. As I recall these was a certain amount of flaming concering the aformentioned thread involving the ferd truck. BUT it was not so much of the emblem on the truck as I recal as it was the owner immediately started putting down the Dodge truck line. Man, I say buy any d*mn thing you want, you got to pay for it and drive, but a forum such as this is not the place to put down Mopar, what the hell you expect in response :dontknow: 4C, I'll get the CD on in a minute, I thinks it comes up right after Stepenwolf, lol  :guitar:

BTW, Welcome crewcutkid, we do like other makes, although they may be few in number, that's the spice of life, variety, that is in everything except married folk and those engaged or dating steady, you definately don't want to rock that boat buddy, lol
