1967 8 3/4" B body rear end housing.
54 1/4" flange to flange
44" between the center of the spring pads.
The housing was built by a professional race car fab shop.
It was cleaned and sandblasted.
It was put in a jig and made straight.
Then a back brace was welded in.
The spring hanger pads were wrapped and completely welded for strength.
It has not been used since built.
The 1967 B body housing is roughly 2" narrower than a stock E-body and is the easiest way to get larger tires and 15x10 wheels (with the correct offset) completely under your car.
It is a direct bolt in when used with Dr. Diff's bolt in offset spring hanger kit.
http://www.doctordiff.com/e-body-offset-spring-hanger-shackle-kit.htmlWhat you see in the pictures is what you get.
It's ready for axles, seals and a center section which are not included.
This would be a perfect start for that narrow bulletproof rear end that will bolt in your E body with no cutting or welding.
Add your current 8 3/4 center section and some $300 Dr. Diff heavy duty B body axles or have your current longer E body axles cut down and you're ready to go.
$300 or reasonable offer.
