Having all the numbers is going to help you get more money.  It's in your best interest to find them all and document them.  You're off to a great start and have found more numbers than most people do, so good job man!  Also, to get the most money out of this car when you sell it, it's going to be super important to know and show the hard to hard to find parts.  Any shaker stuff, six pack stuff and other hard to find e body parts will help you get more money.

Also, was the car a real shaker?  Was it a real 4 speed?  You might need an expert to look the car over to find out.  There should be a Dana rear if it was a real 4 speed.  All V Code 4 speeds got a Dana.

I could come over and help you identify the numbers and what parts are valuable so when you sell it you can say with certainty what you have.  My early guess is the value is be between $12K and $25K.  That's a big range, but that's how important the numbers and parts can be.

Where are you located?

Bad news. The options tag has been removed from the car and we couldn't find it. It could be long gone.  The stamped vin was found on the cowl but the vin wasn't stamped on the radiator support. Any idea of the value if we can not find the missing tag? Hopefully it is a their house or in the rear trunk which we do not have the keys for yet. Thank you

I don't think you can say that with 100% certainty being a LA car....maybe 98% certain that you WILL NOT find one

That missing fender tag is a huge deal.
To a numbers collector, that is very important to have.
In my opinion, the value has dropped if the tag is not there.

I agree, not finding the fender tag was a big bummer. I still have some hope that it is stashed away somewhere and that we can find it. At this point, I just need to find out if my Aunt is even willing to sell me the car, and then we will go from there. Thank you all for your help and expertise, and hopefully I have good news soon.
