    Winter is OVER!

    Just dug the car out of the garage and I can't believe it!!    NO ISSUES!   It did crank over for about 30 seconds before it fired but  . . . . ran good, no leaks, no puddles, idled good and appears that all I need to do is CLEAN!  Looks to me like the car would stay cleaner without the cover . . . . lol. 

    Now all I need to do is lash the valves, change the oil, check fluids and air pressure and GO!  Also need to replace the windshield as I got a stone whipped at me from a oncoming car and now  . . . new glass is a must! 

    Here are a couple shots from today right after the uncover!

    Maybe it`s time to wash the cover. My car got to where it was dirtier after I took the cover off than before I put it on. It had collected a lot of dust over the last two years.

    Yuck!  :faint:   That sure sucks! Sunny day here, wore a t shirt most of the day. Grass is even starting to green up in places.

    I would think that is insane at this point as the ice has thawed off the small lake I live by and if that has thawed . . . Not good for any lake here.  Lake Michigan is huge and I know it was a very cold winter this year and maybe still thick enough for ice fishing . . .  :dunno:

    I'm always thankful when the windshield gets taken out... Imagine if the rock had hit paint or the grill .. Besides new glass is great to look through & really not that much $$$...

    I have not had good luck with rocks, got a new windshield in my truck and on the way home . . . . . Got hit again!  I was so mad . . . . Waited for a few months and replaced it again!
