Don't know how you can past judgement so quickly on the McLeod transmission when the "Mopar version" is not even out yet ?
There's definitely a market for a direct bolt in 5 spd, so why not wait and see what they come up with ? To assume that it won't fit and that they only project 300 sales, is ridiculous at this point.  :2cents:

Alan, take a look above an 833 box and tell me how much space there is for clearance. Even Jaimie has mentioned that his design had to stay with the side levers and rods to avoid having to cut the floor. That's how I pass judgement and the fact that nearly all aftermarket parts for old muscle is for GM products. Yeah the 300 numbers is a shot in the dark but I was simply making a point. Yes there are many people out there who want a 5 speed but when push comes to shove how many have the 3-4000 to pay for one. Answer: not many

The one pictured is the GM version....we have no idea what the Chrysler version will look like until it comes out in the Fall :2cents:
