I have a friend that was trying to sell his 70 V code R/T Challenger.
It's a FC7 car with white interior and a yellow bumble bee stripe....

When I first read your post I thought it might be the same car....his is a auto though, and not a RT/SE... :dunno:

looking for correct dana, has a b body in it now,also missing manifolds. was raced for a few years then stored for about 30 . all numbers mach one owner.
 i guess a good question is it beter brought back to stock (inner wheel wells cut out for tubs and bottom of frame notched for relocation of springs and a little rolling in wheel opening) I know what i'm gonna do but it would be interesting to here others thoughts.
   i was in the middle of a 71 cuda build when this came up knee deep in that one but it goes on hold or for sale untile i can get chalenger repainted. wich by the way it looks like it does because it had hand painted lettering all over it from back in its raceing days. no mud bucket here. this thing is amazing

I would restore it back to 100% stock original for the most value. It's 1 of 135 made which deserves a proper restoration :2thumbs:

that's a pretty awesome find.  restoring a 71 cuda and a 70 challenger rt/se falls in your lap?  not a bad pair!

It is a very tasteful combo, would love to know what options are on the fender tag, we do not need know build number or anything like that if you do not mind sharing please. :wave:
1970 Barracuda   (O^--^===|===^--^O)
1971 Barracuda   (O O {]{]{]|[}[}[} O O)
1970 Challenger  (O O [======R/T=] O O)
1971 Challenger  (O O ===== ===== O O)
I pay homage to the best Mopars ever built.

Welcome,  Nice score.  Not to rain on your parade, are you sure the car only has 16K miles and that the odometer didn't just roll over.  Mine showed 11K on the Odometer but it had rolled over.  Just saying.  Still a very nice car.   :2thumbs:
1970 Plymouth 'Cuda.  Matching numbers 440 U Code, 4 speed pistol grip, Rallye dash, AM 8 Track, Shaker hood, 15 inch rallye wheels, Dana 60 4.10, Super Track Pak.  One of 134 - 440 "U" coupes codes built in 1970 and one of 100 - 440 Super Track Paks built in 1970.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

no rain on this parade for the last 30 years. i personaly know the family that bought the car new . the last time i saw it was 20 years ago and know for a fact it hadn't left the garage for at least 10 years befor that.
i find it hard to believe my self but around here the car was like a legend, never for sale and only seen if you got a peak threw an open door.
