Windshield trim

Had a discussion the other day with a guy who informed me that all the windshield and back glass exterior trim on E-Bodys was aluminum. I argued that all the trim he was speaking of was stainless steel and that the only aluminum I was aware of on "E" platform cars was the WOM, hood front trim, rear deck trim, grille and quarter trim at the back of the rear quarters. He won't believe me but he might believe some of the wise advice from this site. Let me know. Thanks.

The trim he speaks of is stainless. 3 pc tail panel trim is aluminum, and the belt molding trim is aluminum. I can't speak
for the other parts.
