It always seems to be the 4 speed one that is wanted . . . I have 3 of the automatic plates . . .

Thanks Alan, did see that one but just need the top plate, guess I could ask if he would separate.  If I can't find one, looks like I'm destined for a repop

Have my doubts its a 4 spd plate, and it's not a 70 like stated, but worth looking into.  :2thumbs:

Be prepared to do some grinding on it to make it fit...
These are pictures of mine laying on top of my original top plate. You can see that the dimensions are not as close as they could be.
I ended up grinding with a DA to make it fit. Take your time, go slow and test fit often. It worked out but not a drop in replacement.
I also replaced the wood grain decal with one that looks more correct than the one that came on it.

I havent ground mine yet but you are right about the fit. they are a little off but I was able to just push it in. I will be grinding to get a little better fit in there.
