Trim paint issues

I have seen lots of pictures of Challengers with the tail panel sheet metal painted a flat black (organasol?). Are there existing guidelines on whether this was done on only R/T's or what trim package included this paint treatment? Also, are there definitive guidelines on color for Shaker bubbles that anyone knows about? Just really curious. Thanks.

In 1970 ONLY T/A's got a blacked-out tail panel. In 1971 ONLY R/T's got the blacked-out tail panel.
1970 R/T's did not get the blacked-out tail panel
