How to adjust deck lid

I have tried everything, but i can't get the deck lid to come down flush in the one corner. This is a new deck lid, and i have some suspicion that it may have a slight bend in it. My next step is to take it off and grind out the holes a bit more on the hinges, to see if i can get some more adjustment down. It is not hitting on anything, as i can gently push it down with my hand, it just won't stay.

assuming that it is just the rear corner, fits well everywhere else, and the seal and or rubber bumper are not holding it up, lay a 2x4 under the edge across the back and gently push down. with slow steady pressure, you should be able to tweak it enough for a nice fit.
