Spark Plug Bracket Color

What color did the spark plug wire brackets come from the factory? I bought some from Year One ( see picture ) and I am not sure if I should paint them the same color as my 1970 Barracuda block? Thanks all.

They were all installed when the engine was painted

And the paint was still wet when the plug wires were snapped into place.. So there should be paint transfer to the plug wires...
