    The dash pad should have the foam already. You will have to strip the frame of any foam.
    Now if your talking dash "cap" then all the foam needs to remain intact.
    Anybody correct me if I'm mistaken.

    That's what I posted photos of.  I don't believe mine was REM brand.  Different manufactures make the under-dash insulation differently.

    it was sold to me like it was a insulation between the pad and the frame ... dohhh

    after all the dash is assembled , do you have to put some wiring before installing it in the car ?

    what about the e-brake cable and the pedal assembly.

    i guess you have to install the heater box first because of the defrost vent for the windshield.

    i dont wanna install my dash and figure out that i had to installer something first and take it out again.

    What wiring are you talkin about?

    As for the peddles, it would be a lot easier to install them first as you have more room. Same with the e-brake although I installed mine after the dash was installed.
    I also installed my heater box first. The defrost ducts MUST be installed first.

    is there only the junction block that goes trew the firewall and all the other wiring is already attached to the dash when you install it.

    Yes.
    Kinda.
    There will be other wiring to attach once the dash is installed. Steering column, electric windows (if optioned), speakers, ect....
    Mainly the dash harness for the gauges and such.

    i dont see how i could install the cable on the climate unit after installing the dash because its behind the defroster duct anyway.

    on this picture it looks like the cable are all installed on the unit

    Maybe its that There are some bolts/screws that align the wire as it connects to the heater box itself, it's on the upper rear for least one cable and would be a bear to get to once the dash is installed.  It's the one in the far right in the pic above.

    Yep, it's the one on the climate control. It's much easier to install/attach to the dash, then install the dash.
    The one for the heater box isn't that bad because you can access that from the glovebox with the insert removed.

    so the def cable should be cliped on the climate control before installer the dash.

    sorry i'm a bit slow because of my English, i dont wanna make mystake and take the dash on and off.
