Original or repro shakerhood

How can you tell the difference between original and repro shakerhoods, I have a bunch of photos just tell me which spot I should post, Yeahh know about fiberglass and it's not.

I know there are some minor differences , but I think the true repro hoods are very close , the converted hoods are slightly different , I do not have the answer for you though

The spot welds and the inner curved dimples are the give aways.

The curved in dimples on repro's aren't as pronounced.

AMD Challenger hood, 1971 crush-zone only.  Has 'Cuda like under brace.

AMD Cuda hood, 1970 non-crush zone only.   

Both have smaller and more, spot-welds.

If you want a repro hood to be close to exact, get a Harms/Restorick under hood brace and a BEA Trim ring ('Cuda only) and find a real flat hood.  Make the spot welds wide and shallow.
