Got my engine painted...
« on: April 17, 2005 - 07:55:48 PM »
hey haven't been in here for awhile...i'm just waiting on a plenum plate for my intake and then i can start bolting the engine to the tranny and getting it ready to be stuffed in.  I painted my engine Case IH Orange which i read was almost if not exactly Chevy Orange and i'm not all that thrilled about it but i didn't feel like buying Hemi orange just to paint a truck motor. Its not all that bad if its in the right light but with these lights shining on it it looks dull...and the intakes just sitting on there....what do you guys think?

Is the paint shiny?  Looks like she needs some gloss to make her stand out!
