Started assembling the engine to K Frame and finishing out the engine. I had the TTI headers custom coated in "cast grey" to further the SHEEP'S Clothing look. Also order MARCH supertine pulleys custom powder coated in black.
I really like the mixture of "stock" appearing details with a MONSTER lurking underneath :22yikes:

You'd never guess this thing has a "496" stroker kit, aluminum heads, intake and water pump...plus it's fully rollerized. :2thumbs: topped off with a Holley TERMINATOR fuel injection system... :scared:

Alan, I'm out of sequence at this point but while a particular vehicle is having metal work done, do you provide that shop any items for test fitting that will be installed later. This way there are no fitment issues for you as final assembly progresses?

Such as a grille, light bezels, and exterior trim pieces...

Beautiful craftsmanship sir, thank you for sharing your knowledge :2thumbs:

Not typically unless it's major surgery around the back glass or windshield, then I'll supply the trim :2cents:

Wednesday 07/22/14 2 hours === 82 hours Total

Started the fuel system. This EFI requires 3/8 feed line and 5/16 return line.
Keeping with the "stock look" I fabricated a larger 3/8 line to snake around the distributor, goes through the "dummy" fuel pump and picks up a rubber hose (special fuel injection hose and special clamps) to the main fuel line running to the back of the car.
For a return line...I got a little tricky by making my own three nipple oil breather cap. There is now a solid one piece 5/16 tube running through the breather with the fuel hose connected to each end. Running down the inner fender into the regulator.

That's a MSD coil in disguise, and 8mm FIRECORE wires...

With the shaker in place...It should give off the idea of being stock. :bigsmile:

Went to install the transmission only to find out they gave me the wrong bellhousing adaptor/reducer ring.....You'd think they would have this figured out by now :screwy:

Looks like more down time :pullinghair:
