Perhaps a dissassembly thread?

That would be short thread...I bought it 110% dissassembled... :smilielol: It was an abandon project...

Well it's been WELL over a month since I turned a wrench on this project, but this morning I finally got the call that the motor was coming off the dyno and that I could have my fuel injection stuff back.
So I trucked it out to the engine shop and picked up some parts, came back home and started fabricating a mounting bracket for the fuel pump only to find out I need a bunch more fittings then came with the kit...So off to the store I went to order what I need...more waiting....

I'll try and get some pictures tomorrow. :picture:

You do excellent work! If I'm ever in the area I wouldn't mind stopping in for a visit. I'm up in Ottawa.

YES....and NO.....They ran it mostly with the Rev-N-Nator, but at one point started having ignition problems, so they switched it out. Tried a different ECU but still had problems. The problem turned out to be the distributor. They fixed that and swapped the ECU back.....Never really got a successfull pull with a stock ECU.

Because of this issue, and others with the engine....I didn't really want to push the idea of running comparison pulls etc....

The engine builder was impressed with the Rev-N-Nator.... :2cents: but didn't really buy into they're claims :dunno:

With several trips to the local speed shop I was able to get all the fittings I needed to plum this thing.
Fuel System is done from the rear to the engine compartment.

For the fuel regulator and return line, my plan is to use a factory appearing 5/16 vent line and tuck the regulator out of sight as much as possible.

SHEEP'S CLOTHING....

Went and picked up the motor today....You're looking at 500cu/in, 470hp, 565 ft/lbs torque on the dyno.
Spent some time getting the front suspension ready and getting excited about getting this put together...
