I'm going to get rid of the blue elbow fittings....that's all my supplier had at the time.

This stuff is great! You can use if for our crappy ethanol fuel and for FI pressure and it's cheap to buy and work with!  :2thumbs:

I did my whole car with return lines for less than $200 and had left overs to do a buddy's stock car.

What sold me other than the price was talking with an Aeroquip supplier he told me 2-3 years with ethanol fuel IF you drain the fuel over the winter otherwise 1-2 at best before the rubber gives out. The PTFE lasts indefinitely and is also good for FI pressures!  :2thumbs:

Monday 07/28/14 3 hours === 85 hours Total

Not a lot to see here....I spent a couple of hours working with the dash on the bench to get the EFI module mounted just above the glove box and set the dash in place.

Tuesday 07/29/14 4 hours === 89 hours Total

Today I finished off the dash installation, installed the carpet (front half) and seats. I made a custom mount for the Bluetooth microphone and pretty much finished all the wiring.

Also enjoyed my 14th wedding anniversary with my wife and kids !

Wednesday 07/30/14 5 hours === 94 hours Total

The adaptor ring arrived UPS last night at dinner time, so today was GO time to install the engine.

Once everything is assembled outside the car and the engine compartment is finished.....Just jack up the car with my engine hoist...slide the assembly under and drop it back down....Takes me about 20 mins.

Spent the rest of the day finishing off the engine compartment, and started the suspension.

Car has 1" drop Hotchkis rear leafs and 2" drop Magnumforce spindles. I plan on bringing the front of the car level using larger torsion bars cranked up.

Hmmm 20 mins total to install the motor with torsion bars?

I would love to see a vid of that. i see you get the kmember stand past the cherry picker but it looks like its sideways due to the wheels. Do you put it down sideways?
